Targeted at local businesses and influencers seeking to build and share authentic stories, Nativ Collection offers a premium library of hyper-localised photography and videography – capturing the unique sights, sounds, and character of the Gold Coast.

Theory was engaged from the very beginning of Nativ’s journey to help bring their vision to life. Working closely with the founder, we planned, designed, and developed a custom e-commerce website and supporting web app. The result is a streamlined, intuitive user experience that makes searching, purchasing and downloading high-resolution assets effortless.

Refined and contemporary in appearance, the brand identity and website create a restrained framework that allows the photography and videography assets to take focus.

Built on Shopify, the website resolves significant technical challenges associated with previewing and delivering a large library of high-resolution assets. A custom solution connects specialist back-end hosting with the e-commerce environment, enabling fast-loading, low-resolution watermarked previews on the front end, while ensuring users can seamlessly download full-resolution files post-purchase.

Supporting both tiered subscription plans and one-off purchases, the platform allows subscribers to easily access their download allocation while maintaining flexibility for individual purchases. Advanced search and filtering further enhances the user experience, enabling users to quickly and intuitively find exactly what they need within the library.

Built with content creators in mind, Theory planned, designed and developed Nativ’s companion web app. Optimised for mobile, the app delivers an intuitive, streamlined experience – enabling subscribers to browse and download assets directly to their device and seamlessly incorporate them into social media content and campaigns.
