Located in the highly-regarded Brisbane suburb of Coorparoo, Blanco offers 16 exclusive apartments in two and three bedroom configurations. Theory were engaged to craft a compelling brand identity and suite of sales collateral to help bring this boutique project to market.
With Coorparoo known for its historic Spanish Mission Revival homes, Blanco (Spanish for ‘white’) nods to the local heritage whilst speaking to the buildings modern design and minimalist whites.
An elegant wordmark reflects the building’s Contemporary Art Deco details with its distinctive architectural features echoed through the letterform’s unexpected curves. Flared terminals and elongated proportions provide a contemporary nod to classic Art Deco typography.
A minimal radiating line graphic further strengthens the Contemporary Art Deco aesthetic whilst referencing the building’s curved roofline and rounded balconies.
Encapsulating the essence and lifestyle of the neighbourhood, the photography sets the scene for all that Coorparoo has to offer.
Theory produced a full suite of sales and marketing assets, designed to effectively communicate the brand and showcase the project in the best possible light. These include a printed brochure, single page landing website, custom specification agent kit and a comprehensive suite of floorplans/plates.
