Inspired by the architecture’s clean lines, the wordmark references the development’s batoned facade whilst the ‘F’ monogram echoes the relationship between the two dwellings. Organic, natural shapes reflect Chirn Park’s leafy surrounds and juxtapose the rigid structure of the logo. Overall the brand conveys the laid-back yet vibrant lifestyle offered by this exclusive development.
Working closely with the client, we produced a suite of marketing assets including a bespoke printed brochure, sale boards and website. We also captured the Chirn Park lifestyle through photography and video production.
