A traditional, family-owned builder spanning three generations, Descon Design and Construction approached Theory with a view to elevate their brand into the premium homebuilder/developer space.
The name ‘Rome’ was selected to convey a sense of strength and dependability whilst referencing the longevity and heritage of the business.
Designed to reflect the newly defined brand essence – ‘excellence in every detail’ – we crafted a striking, strong and tactile brand that celebrates the artisanal approach and expert craftsmanship applied to each project. For the marque, we took inspiration from the shapes found in Roman architecture – crafting a strong yet delicate logo that demonstrates their premium finish and attention to detail.
We rolled the brand out across stationery, uniforms, vehicle livery and a new website. Our continued partnership sees us photographing completed projects and producing testimonial videos. We also branded ‘Freyr’, Rome’s first venture into property development.
