Since launching in 2020, XY Sense has rapidly gained popularity as the smart sensor of choice for enterprise property teams across Australia and the Asia Pacific – with recent expansion into the USA and UK markets.
Having outgrown their existing Squarespace website, Theory were engaged to design and develop a fully editable website to better reflect their industry-leading product offering and global ambitions. Kicking off the project with a stakeholder workshop, we were able to determine the key objectives of the new website and put in place an effective content strategy and page framework.
Whilst retaining their current logo and ties to their existing brand, the new website provided an opportunity to evolve and refine the XY Sense visual identity – signalling the growth of the company as they transition from Australian startup to global player.
Better representing their cutting-edge product, Theory crafted a pared back and contemporary visual style – featuring updated typography and a contemporary illustration/photography style. Refined copy also ensured a unified and cohesive tone of voice across the site.
Accommodating the client’s need to easily edit and update content, the new website utilises Elementor CMS. Moving forward, this allows for the XY Sense marketing team to quickly make amendments, add/remove content blocks and build entirely new pages – all through an intuitive, front-end editor.
Following the website launch, Theory supported XY Sense by rolling out the refreshed brand style across a suite of documents, user guides and sales collateral.
