Specialising in affordable, high quality and fully customised homes, West Coast Residential is an award winning and dedicated building company based in Perth, WA.
Theory were engaged to update the West Coast Residential brand identity – better reflecting their high quality, custom offering and down-to-earth, approachable personality.
Unique yet recognisable
The newly crafted West Coast Residential logo is made up of two distinct line formations. The first, stacked, formation represents solid foundations and strength – demonstrating a level of trust and dependability. The second, more flowing, shape represents customisation, flexibility and smooth progression. Inspired by water, this shape also well-represents the coastal area serviced. These line formations combine to create a familiar yet unique ‘house’ icon – immediately signalling the West Coast Residential offering without appearing generic or cliché.
The brand’s wider visual style is warm and engaging – reflecting the welcoming, approachable and down-to-earth nature that helps set West Coast Residential apart.
Building a custom website
Following the successful re-brand, we designed and developed a custom website. Featuring the updated visual identity, the website effectively details the West Coast Residential offering as well as showcasing their previous builds and client testimonials.
We also crafted an extensive suite of promotional, signage and communication collateral including social media templates and site hoardings.
